• Tartines de Rillette

    It doesn’t take a lot of work to make this little appetizer, assuming there is some Rillette left in the fridge. We get ours here in San Francisco from the French butcher Olivier down the street. It is delicious! And don’t forget to eat cornichons with the tartines; not pictured 🙂
