Photo Search Help
Search accepts required and omitted terms, and defaults to “OR” behavior. “OR” behavior means that a search for “california bridge” would return all hits for either “california” OR “bridge”.
To require a term, use “+” (plus); following term would ensure that only images of bridges in California are found:
+california bridge
To omit a term, use “-” (minus); this would return all images from bridges outside of California:
bridge -california
To search a string of words as if it were a single term, wrap it in either single or double quotation marks:
"San Francisco"
To require or omit a string of words, add the “+” or “-” sign within the quotes:
bridge "+San Francisco"
