While there was a big fire burning on the other side of San Francisco’s Potrero Hill, I preferred to photograph some of the flowers blooming at the Starr King Open Space (SKOS). For a few days I’d been thinking about capturing them. Today on my way home I passed by the SKOS with its flower display and couldn’t resist this temptation. As an added bonus, the cluster of the trees with the moon added a nice backdrop to this little oasis.
