This is the second post from the 25th Sonoma County Hot Air Balloon Classic. In my previous post I showed images from the dawn patrol.
The only balloons that got up that day were the tethered balloons, and they only made it to 30 feet above ground.


As the saying goes, the show must go on. So after the dawn patrol balloons were taken down, it was time for the speciality balloons. Because there were no flights due to the low-hanging clouds, the regular balloons stayed in their respective trailers. I guess Re/max is a big sponsor so they got their balloon out as well.





Although there were no flying balloons, it was fun to see how such a festival works. I am looking forward to the next one.
